“It's a genuinely good value for London, particularly with the recent renovations that have really brightened things up; the rooms are notably spacious, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the separate sleeping area in some suites. The staff's willingness to accommodate a pool visit with family for pizza was a standout, showcasing a real guest-focused approach that elevates the stay beyond the typical overnight stop.”
